You must use SSH to login.
Windows Users: We strongly recommend you download putty. It is the only client that we are aware of that works out of the box: other clients often do not have the keyboard interactive set up, which will cause authentication to fail.
UNIX and Mac OS X have SSH built in: use the "ssh" command.
