My VR3 Ports
- Tiny Scheme 1.25. Source from
tinyscheme @ sf.
I had to hack the makefile to get it to compile to mips. Also took out
the dynamic loading capability. See vr3-readme.txt for more info. This
tgz file includes a prebuilt binary and
the source.
- GnuGo 2.6-svr4. This is for SVR4 romdisks. Source from
gnugo @ gnu.org.
Please see the README-vr3.txt file in this distribution. This
tgz file includes a mips binary, a shell
script for launching, and source. You can also use LaPaMaSu to install
this (run in rxvt). NOTE: GnuGo is pretty hefty for the VR3 right now. If you
run it you will use most of your RAM and won't be able to do much else.
Just fair warning :)
- GnuGo 2.6-snow. This is for SNOW romdisks. Source is the same as above, as are the building
instructions. Get the tgz file This
includes the binary and a shell script with options intended to lessen the
memory footprint. However, gnugo is still really huge on the vr3.
