Discuss a prioritized research agenda to develop scalable runtime and operating systems for the next and future generations of high end computing systems.

We expect that the overall research program will encompass three components:

1. Small, highly speculative research projects (this is Ron Minnich's 100 flowers part)
2. The development and use of general runtime and OS research framework for high-end computing systems
3. The development and use of a path for migrating results from the research framework into commodity operating systems, like Liunx.

Our goal is to discuss the specific activities that should be addressed in each of these components.
