An Overview of the Immune System |
This overview is intended for Computer Scientists in particular, who want to have a gentle introduction to the Immune System. This exposition is necessarily brief and reflects our current understanding (and possible misunderstandings!) of the immune system. Material for this presentation was taken from several sources. Our research group is interested in the general mechanisms and principles of the immune system, including theoretical aspects of immunology and specific applications to computer security.
