* The flag "forceCrossCorrelation" mentioned in grammar.txt does not exist.  The flag of interest is named "preserveCrossCorrelations" 
  and is documented.
* The "search structure" command is missing in grammar.txt.  This is a key function that performs a sturcture search on the currently 
  selected Bayesian Network.  This search is influenced by a multitute of flags.
