CL-groups:
The concept of a self-governing group of ccr users -- more than a single world, but less than the entire universe -- is critical for a large-scale deployment. To investigate the design of a support system for such groups, in the first phase of this DARPA-supported project, we have built CL-GROUPS, a prototype evolvable rule making system. In the second phase, now under way, the groups support will move into the ccr core system.
