cs591.004 nets Spring 2002 UNM CS

This semester the projects are about offloading layers of the TCP/IP stack to a dedicated processor in gigabit ethernet networks of SMP linux boxes. We're trying to offload the IPSEC layer. We expect this experimental environment to motivate moving chunks of the protocol stack directly onto the ethernet NIC.
