Horacio Samaniego (horacio [at] cs.unm.edu): Post doc in spatial ecology. Projects include modeling transmission of West Nile virus using Metabolic Scaling Theory and data from the Breeding Bird Survey and scaling analyses of urban road networks using GIS data.
Soumya Banerjee (soumya [at] cs.unm.edu): Ph.D. student with research interests projects in modeling the immune system and in understanding the distribution of facilities in cities.
Matthew Fricke (matthew [at] gofigure.org): Ph.D. student. Uses agent based models to model biological systems, particularly the immune system and ant colonies.
Tamanna Arora (tamanna [at] cs.unm.edu): Masters student applying Ant Colony Algorithms to routing in microprocessors.Graduate students and postdocs interested in network scaling theory, agent-based models of the immune system, and other research in complex systems and computational biology should feel free to contact me.
