Man Wearing Turban
This posed, but classic, tourist photograph was taken at the Fateh Bagh, a small palace that has been turned into a heritage hotel. While this man is probably a retainer of the princely family, hired to assist and entertain the hotel’s guests, similarly turbaned men are a common sight in the surrounding villages.

The turban is fashioned from a long coil of cloth wrapped around the head in an intricate manner. It is different from the turban worn by Sikhs.
