HONEY MUSTARD DRESSING 1/3 cup honey 1/4 cup Dijon mustard (I use Maille, which is sharper than Grey Poupon, but Grey Poupon is fine -- Maille is hard to find, but they usually have it at Cost Plus) 2 cloves garlic Juice of 1 lime 1/4 cup rice vinegar 1 cup flavorless salad oil (I use sunflower, but canola or other flavorless salad oil is fine -- not peanut oil and definitely not olive oil) 2 tsp roasted sesame seed oil Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until it becomes a smooth cream. The recipe makes about 1-1/2 cups [a lot], but it keeps in the refrigerator for a long time. Particularly good with tart fruits like grapefruit sections and lettuce salad.
