MARSHA GLENN'S CRANBERRY VINEGAR 2 cups white wine vinegar 1 cup cranberries (or other fruit, such as raspberries) 1 Tbl. honey Bring to boil and simmer until cranberries have popped. Let sit for 6-7 hours before straining out the cranberries. Pour into bottles and allow to "age" for 2 weeks or so (in the fridge or a very cool room). Then enjoy.
