Deliverables

This section describes the content to be delivered at each stage of the project (three milestones and a final rollout). As in Project 1, each milestone is a superset of the previous - it MUST include all of the materials from previous milestones, as well as the new material. Later milestones MAY include updates to the previous deliverables. If you would like us to reevaluate any content from a previous milestone, please indicate in the CHANGELOG file what modifications/improvements have been made, and what you would like us to re-examine.
