Wall Clock Time

WALL CLOCK time is the time experienced by the player and determines the subjective impression of how ``fast'' the game runs. The relative speed of the game is determined by the game parameter $ t_{s}$: the ``game speed''. $ t_{s}$ is determined to be the number of milliseconds of WALL CLOCK time between each tick of the GLOBAL CLOCK. $ t_{s}$ is a game parameter set during INITIALIZATION.
