Feature Freeze

The group MUST specify a feature freeze date. This is the date at which the entire feature set of the program must be developed. After the feature freeze, no new functionality can be added to the program. All effort after the feature freeze MUST be dedicated to debugging, testing, Q/A, documentation, and other materials necessary to support the rollout.

The feature freeze MUST be at least 3 days before the final rollout.
