Camera ready copy of accepted papers is due April 31. 1999.
These papers will be distributed at the meeting as preprints.
We can copy papers if they are submitted on 8 1/2" x 11" paper.
We prefer the papers to be submitted as hardcopy. If this presents
a problem, we can handle Postscript, Latex, Tex and MS Word
files if they are formatted correctly. Send papers to
