The Java source code used to produce the results in my papers is released under the GPL. In short, it allows the user to modify and distribute the source code. The user interface to the simulation is designed to allow one to easily generate the results used in the figures in my papers. Doing anything else would probably require modifying the Java source code. The code was tested in September 2005 using Java 1.5.0 update 5 in a Linux environment on a crappy Athlon laptop.
