You can view a presentation's slides as images, thumbnails (small images), or text (slide lists, slide descriptions, chapters) in the slide area and as a
full-screen slide show in a separate window. Chapters are available in the Player only if they have been added to a presentation. View slide show
By default when you view a presentation, images are displayed as a slide show so that they fill the entire slide area. To return to this slide show view from other views, click Slide Show. View slide list

View text slide list
When you view a presentation's slides as a text slide list, each slide has the slide number, a title, and a time stamp that shows when the slide appears in the presentation. If the slide title has not been customized only the slide number and time stamp are displayed for each slide.
View chapters
View slide descriptionsClick Shift+S to view text descriptions of slide content in place of the slide images. The slide number is displayed if the slide descriptions have not been customized. View original size slide show
Note: For on-demand presentations, you can use the navigation buttons to go backward or forward in the slides. See "Navigate slides" for more information. Magnify slide
Click Show Slide Magnifier to enable the slide magnification feature. Move your mouse over the portion of the slide image you want enlarged. Click Hide Slide Magnifier to disable the feature. Navigate slides
Click previous slide and next slide to navigate through the slides in an on-demand or portable presentation. The presentation will go to the time that the selected slide first appears in the presentation. |
